I almost titled this “The Easiest Grilled Shrimp EVER”! It’s seriously so easy, and I bet you even have all the ingredients on hand. Shrimp are a weeknight-dinner lifesaver anyway, since they cook in 5 minutes (or less!) but I come back to this recipe over and over again! (and obviously I love shrimp..see here, here, here, here, here, here, and here!) The ingredient list is unassuming, but something magical happens when it all comes together….promise ;). Magical enough that I would even make these for company!! And did I mention they are super healthy too? Yes. Yes, they are! Pretty much perfect =). Put these grilled shrimp on your dinner menu this week. You won’t be sorry! Enjoy!

1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1 tsp dried basil

2. Drain shrimp and place on skewers (or use grill basket or indoor grill pan). Grill for 2-3 minutes per side or until pink and fully cooked. Serves 4.
