Happy Pi Day (3-14)! My aunt reminded me over the weekend that Pi Day was coming up, but somehow it still kind of snuck up on me. No worries though, I just made a quick no-bake pie to celebrate =). I looked through my pantry and found some Nesquik powder (no telling how old ha!), a packet of dream whip, and a chocolate graham cracker crust. I know it doesn’t sound that great, but it turns out, when you combine these ingredients something magical happens =). It’s like chocolate milk/chocolate frosty/chocolate cheesecake all wrapped up in one. And did I mention that it takes like 5 minutes to make? Yeah. Even if you didn’t realize today was Pi Day, you can still whip up one of these to celebrate. Eat some pie today! =) Enjoy!

Chocolate Nesquik Pie
8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1 cup chocolate nesquik powder
1 package dream whip*
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 prepared chocolate graham cracker crust*

1. Combine dream whip, skim milk, and vanilla in bowl of stand mixer. With whisk attachment, beat for 3 minutes or until forms stiff peaks.
2. In separate bowl with paddle attachment, combine cream cheese and nesquik powder and beat until light and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes. Add in yogurt and beat until smooth.
3. Gently fold dream whip mixture into cream cheese mixture. Pour into prepared crust and chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.
Notes:
1. You could make your own chocolate graham cracker crust or use an oreo crust.
2. If you don’t have dream whip, you could substitue 2 cups frozen whipped topping for the dream whip, skim milk, and vanilla.
