It seems like everyone’s new year’s resolution is to “lose weight, eat healthier, get in shape, etc”. At the very least, most of us are probably cutting back on our refined sugars and junk food after the holiday season. While I’m not doing a January Whole30, I am looking to eat healthier in 2018 than ever before! After all, I’m growing a human =). I’ve rounded up several of the cleanest, healthiest, most delicious, and easiest savory recipes to help you get 2018 off to a great start! They are all Whole30, but be sure and check your individual ingredient labels! And did I mention they are all DELICIOUS?!! Enjoy!!

Butternut Squash Goulash – It’s not a looker for sure, but this recipe checks all the boxes! So good.

Skinny Cheeseburger Soup (without the cheese for Whole30, compliant toppings) – This soup will satisfy your burger cravings – in a healthy way! Be sure and skip the cheese and use compliant toppings if doing Whole30.

Roasted Cauliflower Turmeric Soup – What’s more perfect on a cold day than a warm bowl of creamy soup that has tons of flavor and the anti-inflammatory effects of turmeric??

Chicken Souvlaki – A simple ingredient list will give you perfect, juicy chicken every time.

Chicken Zoodle Soup – Dinner in 20 minutes! Comfort food at its best.

Cajun Shrimp with Roasted Garlic Mashed Cauliflower – I love the slightly spicy flavor of these cajun shrimp with the creamy, garlic mashed cauliflower!

Mexican Cauliflower Rice – Pair this with some protein for a quick and easy Mexican dinner.

Quick and Easy Classic Vegetable Soup – You won’t miss the meat here! Veggies for the win!

Thai Green Chicken Curry – Chicken, mushrooms, zoodles, and green curry – do I have to say more??

Slow Cooker Salsa Verde Shredded Chicken – Perfect for burrito bowls, salads, quesadillas, or even paired with the Mexican Cauliflower Rice above! Versatile, easy, delicious, and full of flavor!

Red Curry Chicken Stir Fry – Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring and bland! This red curry chicken stir fry is FULL of flavor!

Easy Sweet Potato Broccoli Chicken Curry – Apparently I like curries. Who doesn’t?? 😉

Shrimp Ceviche – Not necessarily a full meal, but I fell in love with ceviche in Mexico last year. Yum!

Happy New Year friends!
