This snack mix goes by many different names. My mom calls it “Christmas crack” and trust me, it is addictive! I made this for our gender reveal party so I used pink and blue M&Ms but depending on the season, you can use whatever color – Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, 4th of July, you-name-it! And you can use whatever mixture of cereals and nuts too. The recipe is very flexible – use whatever you like! Bag it up in clear bags and tie with a pretty ribbon and it makes a very nice (and tasty) party favor or gift. Enjoy!

White Chocolate Chex Mix

4 cups rice chex cereal
4 cups cherrios cereal
1 cup pretzel sticks
1/2 – 3/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
1-2 cups M&Ms (if desired)
24 ounces white chocolate almond bark (or white chocolate)

1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the chocolate. Stir until combined.
2. Melt chocolate according to package directions. Pour melted chocolate over dry mixture and toss until evenly coated. Pour mixture onto wax paper to dry.
3. Let dry an hour or until chocolate has hardened. Break mixture into pieces and store in airtight  container.
