I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day! I spent the day/weekend eating and hanging out with some of my favorite people. Monday everyone came over for a cookout and I grilled up these chicken legs (and some ribs). This recipe comes from a guy I used to go to church with (named Charlie, obviously haha) and everyone loves them. In fact, the chicken was the first to go! Bonus points for only having 5 ingredients too! #winning You can use whatever cut of chicken you prefer, but drumsticks are perfect cookout food because you can eat them with your hands =). Give this recipe a try this summer. You won’t be sorry! I promise ;). Enjoy!

Charlie’s Grilled Chicken

1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp salt (seems like a lot I know, but trust!)
1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
3 oz hot sauce
1-1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
~18 chicken legs (or whatever chicken you desire – thighs, breasts, quarters, etc)

1. Whisk first 5 ingredients together. Place chicken legs in large ziploc bag or bowl. Cover with marinade and let sit overnight in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally.
2. Drain from marinade and grill as desired.
