Saturday morning I made *the worst* muffins ever. Seriously, they were terrible – as in, I threw them directly into the trash! I had such high hopes for them too. They had been on my to-bake list for months. Don’t you hate when that happens?? #PinterestFAIL

I redeemed myself with this Skinny Honey Mustard Dressing though! I was home alone for dinner and decided to try something new. Mixed greens, chopped pear, walnuts, blue cheese, and this dressing =WINNER! You could use this dressing as a dipping sauce for my panko crusted chicken nuggets too. It’s so simple. Only 4 (healthy!) ingredients and you won’t believe how good it tastes. Enjoy!

Skinny Honey Mustard Dressing

1/4 cup plain non-fat greek yogurt
1/4 cup coarse ground mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp honey

Whisk all ingredients together. Store leftovers in the fridge.
