Earlier in the week, I posted the Most Popular Recipes of 2015. Today, I’ve got my favorite recipes from 2015! These posts may not have had as much traffic, but they were equally delicious. Just like the Most Popular Recipes of 2015, my favorite recipes from this year were also a mixture of sweet and savory recipes. I’ve listed them below in no particular order. =)  Enjoy!Brown Butter Apple Crisp – The brown butter takes this crisp over the top! (Another great crisp – Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp, which also has brown butter.)

Skinny Chocolate Chip Zucchini Muffins – I’ve made these muffins over and over again. They’re just sweet enough to satisfy your sweet tooth, without any guilt! (These Double Chocolate Zucchini Muffins are awesome too!)

Grilled Salmon Salad with Dijon Balsamic Vinaigrette – I could eat this salad 3 times a day.

Chicken and Asparagus Stir Fry -I’ve been all about the stir fry this year too. This sauce is simple but has so much flavor. You can swap out the asparagus for whatever veggies you have on hand.

Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies – Possibly the best cookies I’ve ever made! And I’ve made a lot of cookies =). Give them a try!

Cheesy Alfredo Pizza – A homemade version of one of my favorite restaurant pizzas. Everyone loves pizza, right??

Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting – I’m all about layer cakes lately and I had so much fun making this one! It tastes pretty great too ;).

Spicy Chickpea and Bulgur Soup – This was the soup that introduced me to harissa paste and I’ve been hooked ever since. Spicy, healthy, and delicious!

Spicy BBQ Baked Chicken Tenders -A play off the popular Panko Crusted Baked Chicken Nuggets, this recipe is so good! Just like the nuggets, I freeze the fully cooked tenders for quick and easy meals.

Cracked Wheat Bread – I love making homemade bread! This cracked wheat bread is one of my favorites of all time. Bonus points for being a little healthier!

New recipes coming next week! Stay tuned =).
