I recently noticed that there are lots of chicken, fish, and shrimp recipes on the blog but not a single recipe with beef! We don’t eat much beef and since the recipes I blog are a direct reflection of what we’re eating, today I bring you another chicken recipe! 😉 It’s not another boring chicken recipe though. I promise. You only need two ingredients to make this easy chicken dinner – chicken and wing sauce. It doesn’t get any easier than that! The chicken marinates in store-bought buffalo wing sauce for a few hours to soak up lots of spicy flavor, and since I used chicken breasts here, they cook quickly on the grill. Winner winner chicken dinner! I served mine over some butter lettuce, carrots, celery, and blue cheese, but it’s delicious as-is too. If you love buffalo chicken wings, you’ll love this recipe. It’s quick, easy, healthy, and full of flavor! Enjoy!
Grilled Buffalo Chicken
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce ( I used Frank’s)
1. Combine chicken and wing sauce in ziploc bag. Place in refrigerator for 3-6 hours (longer may be okay but I haven’t tried).
2. Place chicken on preheated grill and cook ~10 minutes on each side, or until chicken reaches 165 degrees.
3. Delicious as-is or on top of a salad with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
