Did you ever have dirt cups growing up? We didn’t have them very often, but I remember loving them…and the gummy worm on top ;). This Oreo Delight is the grown-up version of dirt cups. You only need 6 ingredients and it couldn’t be easier – a layer of crushed oreos, a cream cheese layer, a chocolate pudding layer, a whipped cream layer, and more crushed oreos! (I even used reduced fat cream cheese and sugar-free instant pudding mix and we couldn’t tell a difference.) The only hard part is waiting for it to chill ;). Now that it’s warming up outside, no-bake desserts are perfect since you don’t want to heat up your kitchen. And who doesn’t like oreo desserts?? Enjoy!

Oreo Delight

4 oz Neufchatel cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
8 oz frozen lite whipped topping, thawed (Tru Whip or Cool-whip)
1 small box instant chocolate pudding mix (I used sugar-free)
1-1/3 cup skim milk
18 oreos (~1/2 of a package), crushed

1. In small bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth (I mixed mine by hand but you could also use a mixer). Gently fold half of whipped topping into cream cheese mixture.
2. In separate bowl, whisk pudding mix and skim milk for 2 minutes.
3. Pour about 1/2 to 2/3 of crushed oreo into bottom of 8 inch square dish. Top with cream cheese mixture. Spread pudding mixture over cream cheese. Top pudding layer with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with remaining crushed oreos.
