For some reason I always thought that homemade peanut butter was a big deal. Turns out, all you need are peanuts and 3 minutes in a food processor and you have homemade peanut butter =). I’m not sure it gets any easier than that folks. I used honey roasted peanuts, but of course plain, roasted peanuts would be great too. I prefer to use lightly salted, roasted peanuts, but if you prefer you can use unsalted. And of course, there are all kinds of flavor combos that you could make by adding cocoa powder, cinnamon, white chocolate, or anything you want =). Enjoy!

Homemade Peanut Butter
1 pound honey roasted peanuts (or peanuts of your choice)

Add peanuts to bowl of food processor with blade attachment. Process until smooth and creamy, about 3 minutes. It will seems dry at first, but you don’t need to add any oil (or anything else!). Just be patient, it will turn into smooth and creamy peanut butter! Store in refrigerator.
