These kale “chips” don’t taste like traditional potato chips, but they still make a delicious snack. I have to admit that I’m a snacker. Don’t get me wrong, I like to eat meals too, but I love to snack. It can be dangerous for my waist line. I try to limit myself to “healthy” snacks, but when I’m in the kitchen cooking or baking, you better believe I’m sampling as I go and licking all those bowls and spoons ;). A few weeks ago, I was making sugar cookies with my little cousins (7 and 5) and ate a piece of the raw dough. Then my cousin ate a piece and his mom tells him not to eat the raw dough. To which he replies, “But Cousin Kendra ate some…”. Haha! Oops! I’m a bad influence =). However, this is one snack that you can eat all you want without having to go for a second run (or worrying about salmonella!). Enjoy!
