Several years ago, I was watching Paula Deen on Food Network (back when it was actually cooking shows instead of competitions/reality shows) and she made symphony brownies. I had never heard of symphony bars, but immediately went out and bought some to make those brownies. They were awesome! And for a while, I made them frequently and was obsessed with symphony bars. I put them in everything – cookies, brownies, pies, cakes, etc. And then I guess I got burned out and somehow I forgot about symphony bars. Until the other day, when they caught my eye at the store and somehow found their way into my buggy ;). I decided to go for an easy no-bake pie. I even used a store bought crust and it was still delicious. Maybe I love the flavor of symphony bars because they have toffee and heath bars are my favorite. Either way, you should go buy some symphony bars and try this recipe. I mean…only 4 ingredients! What are you waiting for? =) Enjoy!

1 chocolate crust
8 oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese
2/3 cup whipping cream
2 (8 oz) symphony bars (with toffee and almonds), melted and cooled slightly
