Although the name of this blog is i wrestled a cupcake once, my favorite dessert in the whole world is probably brownies. Chewy, fudgey brownies topped with some vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce = heaven! So when I saw a recipe for lemon “brownies” I was intrigued. I mean blond brownies, yes, but lemon brownies? I was doubtful but I’m pretty adventurous in the kitchen so I was willing to give them a try. I also happen to love lemon bars and thought if lemon brownies were like lemon bars crossed with brownies, then how could they possibly be bad?!? =) The result? Big lemon flavor with the chewy texture of brownies – yum! Enjoy!
